Privacy Policy

Last updated: 04/09/2026

This policy explains how Allura Care collects and uses your personal information when you use our website and contact us. Allura Care is a domiciliary (home) care provider based in London.

Who we are

Allura Care is the data controller for the information you provide.
Address: Suite 605, Crown House, North Circular Road, London NW10 7PN
Email: alluracare@gmail.com  |  Phone: 0203 620 4327

What information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, telephone number and message you provide. Because we are a care provider, your message may include information about health or care needs (yours or someone you are enquiring on behalf of). This is "special category" data, which we treat with extra care and only process where you have given us your explicit consent by submitting the form.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide information about our services based on your consent (and explicit consent for any health information you choose to share).
  • To protect our website and form from spam and abuse based on our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details above.

Cookies and third-party services

We aim to keep tracking to a minimum. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The following are used:

  • Strictly necessary cookies set by our website to keep the contact form secure (for example a CSRF-protection token). These are required for the site to work and do not require consent.
  • Google reCAPTCHA is used on our contact form to prevent spam. It is provided by Google and may collect information such as your IP address and interaction data to distinguish humans from bots. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Maps is only loaded if you choose to click "Show map". If you do, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address.
  • Care Quality Commission (CQC) widget is shown on our homepage so visitors can see our official CQC rating. It is provided by the CQC (cqc.org.uk) and may receive your IP address when that page loads. We keep this widget because it is an official regulator rating for our care service. See the CQC's own privacy information on their website.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. Your enquiry is delivered to our email provider so we can read and respond to it. The spam-protection and optional map features are provided by Google. The CQC rating widget on our homepage is provided by the Care Quality Commission. We only share information where necessary to provide these services or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and our legitimate business or legal requirements, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above.

Complaints

If you have a concern you can contact us, or complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
